Privacy Policy

Mr.Byte · Last updated 2 June 2026

1. Controller

The data controller for the Mr.Byte experience (the “Service”) is AIST. For any privacy request, contact art@aist.digital. We have designed the Service to collect as little personal data as possible.

Your voice and conversation are not recorded or stored. When you talk to Mr.Byte, your speech is processed in real time only to run the call, and is not retained by us afterwards. We do not create any voiceprint and do not use your voice to identify you.

We do not build interest profiles, do not run advertising or marketing, and do not sell or share your data for such purposes.

3. Retention

Technical and security data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above — as a rule no more than 30 days — and then deleted or anonymised. Voice and conversation content are not retained at all.

4. Service providers and international transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to the United States), the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and a Data Processing Agreement with the provider.

5. Children

The Service is intended for users 16 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly process personal data of anyone under 16. If you believe a younger person has used the Service, contact art@aist.digital and we will address it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact art@aist.digital. Because we store almost no personal data and do not record conversations, in many cases we will hold little or no data about you to act on.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection — or with the authority in your country of residence.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on the Service.
