Terms of Use

Mr.Byte · Last updated 2 June 2026

1. Who we are

The Mr.Byte experience (the “Service”) is operated by AIST (“we”, “us”). Contact: art@aist.digital. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Mr.Byte is a fictional AI character — an AI-vlogger from the year 2075. Mr.Byte is not a real person; all responses are generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is a limited-time promotional campaign and may be changed, suspended, or permanently withdrawn at any time, without notice and without liability.

3. Eligibility — you must be 16 or older

The Service is intended for adults and older teenagers. You must be at least 16 years old. By starting a call you confirm that you are 16 or older. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to use it.

4. Entertainment only — not advice

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purpose; attempt to make Mr.Byte produce illegal content; probe, overload, disrupt, or attack the Service or circumvent its security or rate limits; use automated means to generate calls at scale; or misrepresent your age. We may block or restrict access at any time to protect the Service.

6. Intellectual property

Mr.Byte — the character, name, voice, visuals, and the Service — is owned by or licensed to AIST. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of it.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIST and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on or use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus, without limiting any right you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where the law so allows.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
